This one goes out to all the fresh cream lovers out there! I have had many people request a fresh cream decorated cake, so I thought it was about time I made one ;) Personally, I am not a fan of decorating with fresh cream. I can understand the popularity of it though. Fresh cream tastes DELICIOUS and it’s so easy and cheap to whip up. But it is not the most stable frosting to use.
